Update to Stockfish@sf_15.1 and change license to GPL #24

Also since stockfish licence is GNU GPL I included the full code source and changed the licence as required by GPL.

Thanks @ArjanAswal! I made good progress in integrating in lichess app, I must say it works pretty already.
