Feature Request for Low Vision Population

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Design Solutions/features for people that have vision impairment, low vision, are visually impaired, or suffer from complete vision lost. Including, color vision deficiency (the inability to distinguish certain shades of color)

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of color to determine hover states (onFocus or onHover events), Use an underline. Maybe though the icon itself, or through the text to show hover states.

This is an interesting idea that we should accomplish somehow, but we would need to add or improve other things first, so it may be delayed during some weeks.

Apart from the other reason, these changes involve rethinking the design, which is going to delay it further.
