Is it applicable to the prediction of immunopeptides? #3

Hello dear author, thank you very much for developing such a powerful tool. I recently identified the immunopeptides by mass spectrometry. I would like to ask if this tool can be used to predict the immunogenicity of peptides in the immunopeptides? Hope to get your help!

Thank you very much for your question. Our model is designed to predict the binding of HLA-antigen-TCR complexes, and the data format should meet the requirements outlined in the main text. In this work, we measured the immunogenicity of a single antigen by counting the number of triples that involve that antigen and the TCR repertoire of patients. If TCR data is unavailable, this tool may not be applicable. I hope my response is helpful to you!
