[Bug]: demo toms diner: harsh sound #28

What happens?

95 % of the time it sounds clear, but occasionally — and always at the same time — it sounds absolutely harsh.

The serial output which indicates the error happened.

No response

What were you expecting to happen?

clear sound as in the getting started demo

PS: Speaker is a visaton fr 10 hm (4 Ω, 20 W, 10 cm, Xmax ±2 mm)

4700 µF capacitor between 5 V and GND does not help.

I've tried the toneMeldoy example with the same audio output stage and it is much louder and clear.

Yes, the toneMeldoy example is a awesome piece of software to get this sound.

Harsh from 1.04s to 1.2s and every few seconds... (recorded from my smartphone) grafik

I agree that the sound is bad. I think the problem is with the recording.
