Allow step edition #3

When editing a sequence, only the last step is editable. If you made a mistake, you have to remove all the steps until you can edit the faulty one. It would be nice to select which one to edit.

PROPOSAL: click on a step to edit (or remove) it

CHALLENGES:

how do you know which step you are editing?
When you click add, does it add after or before ? I would prefer after
How do you prevent empty step (see https://github.com/ArnaudBuchholz/bubu-timer/issues/4)
