As a developer, I want the release version to inline functions to ensure maximal performances?

Acceptance criterias

[ ] Define the inline-able criteria (length, number of parameters, recursivity...)
[ ] Within a module, functions which are not exported and inline-able should be inlined
[ ] Functions which are internal, not exposed and inline-able should be inlined
