Model stuck loading #69

I'm on an M2 Max macbook and this happens

Requested to load SD1ClipModel Loading 1 new model [AnimateDiffEvo] - INFO - Sliding context window activated - latents passed in (50) greater than context_length 16. [AnimateDiffEvo] - INFO - Injecting motion module mm_sd_v15_v2.ckpt version v2. Requested to load BaseModel Loading 1 new model 0%| | 0/25 [00:00<?, ?it/s]

The model just will never load

It seems like you're using the AnimateDiffEvo repo and not this one.

But based on the logs it's not the model not being loading, but more like the generation couldn't start.

Hi there. The same happens to me. I am not sure how to proceed from here.

Currently experiencing extremely slow loading on an M1; generation seemed to not start. After more than 60min 4% loaded. Anyone find a fix?
