I am also having this issue. I believe its an issue related to the DX11 update and this hasnt been patched to work alongside it

That would be annoying, considering in Lion's arch between the bank and the mystic forge I get 45fps in dX9 mode, and 65-75 in dX11 mode within 5 minutes of each other and identical settings... So I guess I will just wait with getting SCT until it is proven working with the Add-on Manager in dX11 mode. I rather have 60+fps in the worst time in the game (which lions arch is to be honest, performance wise, plus WvW probably has comparable performance if you are hitting a big zerg) instead of SCT. Ideally, I'd like to have both, but if I have to choose, I choose performance.
I guess that if you all check your SCT version it will say 1.3 RC4. DX11 support has only been added with version 2.0 RC3 which is currently sadly still a draft release because I got some feedback about it producing crashes sometimes. I guess that Addon Manager ignores those "draft releases" so if you want to try out SCT with DX11 you would still have to install it manually I guess.

That might be, yeah. And I'll wait untill it leaves draft stage I think. Mostly wanted to prepare GW2 for when i want to play soonish, but for now i'm focused on modding the hell out of Morrowind, so no rush for me personally. Still, awesome thing you did with SCT! It is so much better than the damage numbers being anchored to the enemy like GW2 has it by default...
Anyway, as this seems to be "solved", I'll go ahead and close this issue ticket.
I installed this alongside ArcDPS, and a few other arcdps plugins, but it seems it is not working. At least i don't get the scrolling text when fighting. I checked if it is enabled in its options, and it is.
Just now, I checked the scroll areas, and both incoming events and outgoing events seem to flicker WILDLY between 0 and 1 on both width and height, which i guess means it might actually be "showing" what it is intended to, but be subpixel in size...
