Hatred for Elvenkind: After almost 6000 Years of war with the elves the Amani gained knowledge of how to fight their nemesis. You gain the "Favored Enemy" Feature applied for high elves and blood elves.
Berserker Rage: You gain the Berserker Rage talent. If you later gain the talent, increase the total times you can rage before a long rest by 1. (The Amani Trolls are the original Troll Berserkers from WC2)
Throwing Force: You gain +1 to attack and damage rolls whenever you are throwing an axe.
Naturally Stealthy: Are you the hunter or the prey? Life in the deadly jungles forced you to adapt to your environment. You gain proficiency in the Stealth Skill.
Natural Stalker: You gain the Handle Animal Skill. You know how to catch or hunt your prey. Since you share a deep bond with raptors you gain expertise when handling raptors.
Poison Resistance: You know how to treat the deadly poisons of creatures in your homeland and know how to make the seconds count. You have basic Knowledge in creating antidotes from herbs and plants. Therefore you are prepared and gain resistance to poison damage while in the jungle.

Hostile Homalend: You gain resistance to Cold damage.

Sand Troll (Farraki):

I don't have much knowledge about mechanics. I just thought I share a few ideas to make the subraces more relevant and therefore closer to the ones of the dwarves and elves.

probably just my distaste for the faction war at this point but I feel like the favoured foe traits are fun just a little bit boring
since you could go an entire campaign without seeing either
maybe the better angle is to take the same idea of their history of warfare and instead get a bonus to something that might help in that environment as well as others
I guess ice trolls already have two

Trolls are shown to be very adaptable and an old race. Maybe something like primordial soul that lets them have a favored terrain and can change it after spending time in an environment

Looks good ngl

I’d give Gurubashi/Darkspears poison res in general. Poison isn’t a very powerful damage type overall and having resistance to it only in one environment that most of Azeroth is Not feels a little lame compared to what Drakkari and Amani get.

also seems to be missing Zandalari trolls, so I guess that’s up to me now!
Mountain Troll (Zandalari):
Ability Score Improvements: +1 STR, +1 STA
Dinomancy: Your people have long been bound hand in hand with the primordial beasts of your home. You gain the Speak with Animals spell and may cast it for no mana, but it only affects dinosaurs and other creatures like them.
Tough Skin: The Zandalari bare the marks of each conquest to the whole world with pride, their skin acting as defense all its own to the bravest among them. You have a base armor class of 13 when not wearing any other armor. You may still wield a shield and receive this benefit.
Mountain Trolls get one more stat improvement in exchange for one less racial ability, and one of their racial abilities being very niche.
Calling them Mountain Trolls is technically a personal headcanon just of mine, but every other troll subspecies is named after the places they dwell within, and it's explicitly stated that the Zandalari chose to exclusively settle in the mountains of the troll motherland back when Azeroth was a pangaea, so thus Mountain Troll.
Suggestions for Troll Improvement:
(Inspiration)
Forest Troll (Amani): Ability Score Improvements: + 1 STR
Jungle Troll (Darkspear): Ability Score Improvements: + 1 AGI
Ice Troll (Drakkari): Ability Score Improvements: + 1 STA
Sand Troll (Farraki): Ability Score Improvements: + 1 STA
