Write correctly carbs, proteins and fats on Apple Health #412

Currently iAPS (main) only writes carbs on Apple Health, and includes future carbs derived from protein and fat.

I think should be better to split correctly and write:

In regards to actual insulin dosing, iAPS is writing carbs to Apple Health because fat and protein are converted to carb equivalents. Essentially, you dose for those equivalents, not for the actual fat and protein content. I agree, this might be misleading if you use Apple Health for an overview of what you ate and what the distribution of macronutrients was, yet for dosing this is not really relevant.

@Jon-b-m has put in extensive work around storing of carbs (and carb equivalents) in current dev. Let's see what he has to say regarding this. I think it would overcomplicate things for the current implementation within iAPS, because iAPS currently does not support a proper fat and protein model.
