Weird Amethyst Dispenser behavior

Discord issue When the Dispenser is shooting projectiles, they always appear as arrows (e.g. Snowballs turn into Arrows) and shoots out the entire stack while only using up one of the inserted item (example in video).

• Snowball
• Fire Charge
• Wind Charge
• Bottle o' Enchanting
• Fireworks (all types)
• Arrows (all types, including Spectral)
• Splash Potions (all types)

Fixed in 2.1.6
