Update Credo configuration in the README.md #41

Hello,

I updated Credo configuration in the README. The previous one is outdated and doesn't even work, since the priv/repo/migrations folder is not included in the checks.

Thank @loics2 ! I got stuck on this and couldn't figure out why the Mix task was working but the credo check was not. In hindsight, it's obvious that credo wasn't looking at my migrations directory, but this is something I think a lot of us will miss.

@Artur-Sulej can this PR be merged?
