This Pull Request addresses issue #35 Following tasks were done

[x] Screenshots of entering email, initial questions, final questions and sample result at the end added in images folder to be used if required
[x] Questions and sample result screenshot added in contributing file
[x] Adjusted their size and made them appear uniform in md file
