The following is a Tier 3 station and is thus not included in the catalog:

Could not find information on:

Phoenix is called SOLRMPA SSSCAT: https://midcdmz.nrel.gov/apps/sitehome.pl?site=SSSCAT Watkins is called SOLARTAC which is already included

I think we should include all NREL MIDC inactive stations.
