Incorporate METIS PIP Capabilities Needed for AIT

At METIS CM#16 there was a discussion about the relation between PIP and AIT. This is an overview issue to collect what is needed from us for AIV.

Related issue #32 describes what want to test ourselves during AIT and #33 describes how we plan to run the pipeline during AIT .

TODO:

• [ ] Determine which capabilities are already planned to be in the pipeline, and which aren't and would thus be special effort just for AIT (or perhaps things we should add to the pipeline). E.g. scattered light and ghosts are not in the DRLD at all.
• [ ] Discuss with Roy / Remko / ... about these new capabilities. Our baseline should be that we don't have the manpower to add those features.
• [ ] Get a good grip on the AIT schedule; when is what required does Phase D start, etc., and see whether this fits with our existing post-FDR schedule.
• [ ] Discuss with Roy / Remko / ... about the mismatches in our schedules.
• [ ] Update the DRLD with any new Recipes we decided to add (none?).
• [ ] Incorporate the AIT schedule in the development plan.

We did update the development plan, so for FDR we can consider this done. However, we should probably clarify this further after FDR.
