Update gitignore to take care of files specific to Spyder IDE #14

Just a quick addition to the .gitignore file, accommodating some config folders needed by the Spyder IDE and Pylint. No functional changes.

Sorry for not noticing your PR! I haven't used spyder in quite a while. I did like it though, especially that you could have different fonts for comments and docstrings than for code.
