[Quest][Tanaris] Tanaris Field Sampling #1874

Description: When using the Field Testing Kit to check if untested samples (scorpid, basilisk, hyena) are acceptable, there is currently a 100% success rate on each untested sample. It should not be acceptable samples 100% of the time. Current behaviour: Untested samples will always be acceptable samples. Expected behaviour: Untested samples should have a low acceptable sample rate; not 100%. Server Revision:

they claim its a bitch of a quests but I doubt you should really overkill it. Mybe 20% or some shit imo
