  1. After submitting an annotation, a little more research suggested an update. Rather than adding a second annotation, it would be useful to be able to edit the original annotation up until the time when a subsequent annotation is submitted.
  2. Follow-up actions on annotations should be emailed to annotator/s: Good policy.

In record downloads, there MUST be a link included on any annotated record to that annotation - which must link to the next annotation in time (suggest link to oldest then newer) etc.

This aspect is surely CRITICAL as the downloader won't know about possible flagging of errors by a non-machine?
