Only affects KFO-Server at present

KFO servers aren't really our concerns though, are they now?

While it's true that KFO-Server is unofficial, this is still a feature regression. Besides, I've been meaning to implement the same feature on Akashi anyway.

Well I can't check whatever this is intended or not as I don't have prior experience so I'll restrain from reviewing aside from the code itself, which is fine obviously.
