SA-23 doesn't show up on HAD sensor on F16 #42

As i wanted to fly a sead mission, despite being locked and shot at, the SA-23 doesn't show up for the HAD/HARMS

To the team, this issue can be fixed by adding the SA-12 WS Type to the SA-23 Grill Pan. That addresses the lack of a HARM code too. I'll get the fix later tonight when I'm back at my computer.
