Fix UI issues on Visitor Admin page

Fixes for page state not updating when the filter changes.

Things to check:

• Scan a QR code where the URL path ends in a UID and make sure the table has a single value and the visitor info is shown in the top right panel
  • To make a QR code go to a site like https://qr.io and encode a URL like https://host.doesnt.matter/6ccf6d on your phone
• Make sure the visitor info in the top right clears when the filter clears
• Clicking checkout should update the table (in the visitor info panel and in the table)
• Filtering by partial prefixes should work
• Clearing the filter manually and by using the clear button should hide the visitor status
