Bug with chat during authentication #2693

What behaviour is observed?

When I join to the server I want to register or login, the chat closes in a couple of seconds so that I dont have a time to write anything. I guess its a spawn bug, but I tried to change it (unseccessfully)

Expected behaviour

Chat should not close

To Reproduce

  1. Join on server
  2. Open chat
