going live with Halo on 12/1, this would be very helpful.

This item is current "In Progress" and slated to be delivered by the end of Q1 2024. We will post updates as we have them regarding progress and/or delays, along with a mandatory progress update if the end of the quarter has been reached and the item has not yet been completed.

This item is slightly delayed but we are looking to have it code complete before the end of April. More updates will be posted as we get closer to that time.

We are entering QA this week and will begin preliminary beta testing with select clients as early as this week or the next.

@danner26 We found some improvements we wanted to make during the early access period and so we pushed back the wide release until we were able to get them fully deployed. I should have came here and mentioned that! Thanks for your patience. I just checked and everything looks to be good for deployment for next week. We try to do deployments on Tuesdays for the least amount of potential disruption.

NOTE: If you have a current ticketing system in place, you will need to first contact Support so that they can remove it and get you setup to enable Halo yourself via the self setup system.

@dsibiski In the AE Halo settings are statuses "Client Follow-Up Needed" and "Completed" that we map to Halo PSA ticket statuses. How are those every used since in the AE Admin Portal our only options are Approve and Deny (and then their related statuses)?
