Online training requires more granular actions to be taken when creating designs, rather than monolithic reconstruction.
This PR adds some basic functionality to incrementally create a design via a client/server interface. Currently adds:
add_sketch()
add_line()
add_extrude()
This PR is compatible with the json format released in dataset d4.
