Additional Checkout Information #200

There was a TODO for this anyway, but I needed it also for some custom work I was doing, so I went ahead and added it in.

Basically, for any PayPal purchase, it adds in the bulk of the PayPal response to the data it sends around to the filters. So plugins and/or custom code in themes can access that information and use it.

Thanks for all the recent augmentations to CampTix. I'm closing this PR, and resubmitting a new super-clean version based upon the new codebase so there won't be any conflicts. Hopefully makes this an easy include into master.
