Cannot activate Theme Check #73

Using developer plugin I cannot seem to be able to activate Theme Check. It seems to work but when I refresh it is still inactive.

When I go to plugins the plugin is active though, so should I close this?

I was having the same issue; turns out the method used for checking whether Theme Check is active was out of date. Submitting a pull request...
