Quick summary

Changing both the Headings and the Base Font in the Customizer shows in the preview, but doesn't impact the live site when using the Twenty Sixteen theme. This only affects Atomic sites.

Steps to reproduce

  1. On an Atomic site, activate the Twenty Sixteen theme.
  2. Go to Appearance ---> Customize ---> Fonts.
  3. Change the Headings and Base fonts.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Visit the site.

**Update:*** The issue was solved by deactivating AMP in 4952555-zd-woothemes and the test sites.

Just to add. I don't see a Fonts option on the self-hosted site and it appears to be related to the Jetpack Fonts.
