Support Email Masking doesn't work in Network setups #81

Support email masking doesn't work on Mulitisites Users list. Posting this as an issue so it doesn't get lost. Originally from comment in PR https://github.com/Automattic/vip-support/pull/73/#issuecomment-465704177 :

Noting that this doesn't work in Network Admin since the raw user_email value is output in WP_MS_Users_List_Table (https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/6fd8080e7ee7599b36d4528f72a8ced612130b8c/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-ms-users-list-table.php#L287)
