First Class Mail International (FCMI) no longer a tracked service, but still listed as such #2710
With the changes in USPS First Class Mail International that led to issue #2697, something else that happened is that FCMI is no longer a tracked service, but WooCommerce Shipping & Tax still lists it as such:

This has been reported by two merchants up to this point: 7421127-zd-a8c and 7459329-zd-a8c
