Users need to enter automattic/wordbless:dev-master to install a package without tags.

yeah why not!?

I just need to update the docs on the "what will work and what wont work" and I'll do it.

I think we can go with 0.1.0 :)

Now that caching works

'/home/runner/.phive/phive.phar' -> '/home/runner/bin/phive' install: cannot create regular file '/home/runner/bin/phive': No such file or directory

I think I should read the man page of install ....

Fixed in #25
