FSE Design Picker: Designs in the Design Picker should match theme names when available #53026

Note: This could be accomplished in one of two ways, changing the theme name and making sure the Design Picker is updated makes the most sense to me. I would also recommend we update the theme screenshot and demo site to distinguish it from the "not-block-version" of Mayland.

Some of the designs offered here do not appear in the theme showcase. That's a separate independent issue. We're approaching that issue from one path in https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/52848

Just wanted to point out that this issue also exists in the Mobile Apps (iOS and Android).

Since the current layout picker is not exactly the same as choosing a theme. So after the user creates the site if they end up looking at the themes section of the App they don't necessarily recognize the layout that they have chosen.
