Domain Only: Admin login bar overlapping with admin bar

Quick summary

For a new domain only site, I noticed this overlapping of bars on the frontend of the site.

When I hide the admin bar I see:

1. Purchase domain at wordpress.com/domains
2. While logged in visit the new domain only site

📌 FINDINGS/SCREENSHOTS/VIDEO

• ~I'm still working on repro testing (waiting for domain propagation) but this looks pretty straightforward, too. Will come back and update my notes once I can!~
• I was not able to replicate this - in a new tab or from a tab with WordPress.com open and logged in, when I go directly to my new domain, I don't see an admin bar above my landing page at all - just the banner prompting me to log in.
