This is a tracking issue for auditing upsells, with the goal of removing unnecessary or poor-performing ones. The idea behind the project is to reduce the overwhelming amount of Upgrade CTAs and Advertisements on WordPress.com.

This project will address two issues:

Review the performance of individual Upgrade CTAs. Identify direct drivers for meaningful revenue and test removal of CTAs with poor performance.
Review the performance of individual feature advertisements. Identify the best and test removal of the rest.
