Wall following alper malik #119

Car is now able to follow the left wall in addition to the right wall. It can only follow ONE wall at the time, either the left one or the right one. The wall to be followed can be changed in the wall_following.cpp in the callback method. The ability to follow the centerline between TWO walls still has to be implemented. Code was also cleaned up.

Marian's race track fix has to be merged into the master too. Otherwise the car will get stuck in the invisible wall just before the end of the lap.
