Add BoosterActivateEvent, BoosterDeactivateEvent, BoosterCancelEvent #4

Not sure about the name, but you got the idea.

And maybe with that, you can add a thing with a discord webhook that send a message to a channel when a booster is activated/deactivated/canceled
