Describe your changes

Added new plugin for displaying out-of-office events in a react-calendar-timeline. Can be used for group or user entities.

Changes:

Created new frontend plugin exporting a CalendarCard
Added tab "Out of office" to user and group entities that displays the CalendarCard
Added support for microsoft autentication
Added dev server to plugin that uses example data
