Description: Eye Disease Classification using RNN

This feature aims to implement a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) model to classify eye diseases from medical images. The model will be trained to identify various eye conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration based on retinal images. Objectives

Develop an RNN model capable of accurately classifying different eye diseases.
Utilize a dataset of retinal images for training and validation.
Implement the solution using Java and integrate it into the repository for the Hacktoberfest 2024 event.

Technical Details

Data Source: Use publicly available datasets like EyePACS.
Model Architecture: Implement an RNN architecture, potentially integrated with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for feature extraction.
Libraries and Tools: Use Java libraries compatible with machine learning and image processing, such as Deeplearning4j and OpenCV.
Performance Metrics: Measure the model’s performance using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.

Data Collection: Gather and preprocess the retinal image dataset.
Model Design: Design the RNN architecture with necessary preprocessing and feature extraction layers.
