Connect in New Instance

"Connect in New Instance" will work only if "Only allow single instance of 
SuperPuTTY to run" is deactivated in the Tools -> Options.

My suggestion is to make some cosmetic changes.

1. If "Only allow single instance of SuperPuTTY to run" is ON (Activated) then 
"Connect in New Instance" should be name "Connect in New Tab" or something 
similar.

2.  If "Only allow single instance of SuperPuTTY to run" is OFF (Deactivated) 
then "Connect in New Instance" should be name "Connect in New Instance" as it 
is right now.

oops...forgot about single instance mode.

will add some logic to disable it like I do with the layouts, Load in New 
Instance.
