Add learn profession step option #269

Add a learn profession step option will be not dependent of any other step

event : LEARNED_SPELL_IN_TAB => return spellID

Format: LearnProfession = spellID

step validation: ccheck if have skill => GetSpellBookItemInfo(GetSpellInfo(spellID))
