The linked description on how to deploy locally doesn't work as mentioned scripts do not exit e.i.
start.cmd or start.sh script located under launch (scripts/local/launch) folder.

Not really knowing what I'm doing I just ran docker-compose up and voila it somehow worked )but there is a lot of exceptions and nothing really show in the ui.)
