Update uamqp (get double-free fixes) #2563

Fixes were done in uamqp to address double-free in amqp_definitions (https://github.com/Azure/azure-uamqp-c/pull/447). This library must update its reference to the latest uamqp hash to consume the fixes.

Description of the solution

This PR updates the uamqp reference to consume such fixes.
