Thanks for reporting. Environment variables in Az.Accounts are shared among all Azure PowerShell versions. To avoid breaking change, we normally won't delete variable even it is not used in the latest version of modules.
We will update value of this variable because this link doesn't work anymore.
Description
The cmdlets
Get-AzEnvironment
andGet-AzContext
return an invalidManagementPortalUrl
at least for AzureCloud and AzureChinaCloud environments.The URLs retrieve appear to redirect to the Classic Portals, which I found having been deprecated in December 2017 and shut down in January 2018. Hence the links provided are invalid and in fact not reachable:
I would expect to obtain https://portal.azure.com/ and https://portal.azure.cn/ respectively.
Steps to reproduce
Run either one of the following commands in Powershell, and try visiting the link returned by the cmdlet:

Module versions
Debug output
