Added self-signed SSL for AGW listener
Added linking existing AD group to AKS
AKS outboundtype=userDefinedRouting
AKS systempool=Standard_DS2_v2, npuser1=Standard_DS3_v2, Ephemeral disk
Added Multiple IPs for Azure Firewall
Using vanilla NSG for AKS
