Cannot Create Notebook after First Deploy #25

Hello,

I have just deployed Kubeflow on AKS. I am following this guide: https://azure.github.io/kubeflow-aks/main/docs/deployment-options/custom-password-tls/

I am unable to follow the bottom steps for creating the first notebook. I fill out everything just like the guide shows but I cannot click the launch button and when I hover the button it says "this form contains invalid fields". Please see attached screenshot.

This may have something to do with the fact I have not selected a namespace, but when I try to click and select a namespace I then cannot click "+ New Notebook" button.

Needed to register a user and create a namespace
