Update download URLs #75

The storage urls are no longer valid, so I updated them to the dl.k8s.io address.

Hi @nevetS! I went ahead and merged + released a similar PR with #77. This one was failing unit tests and this is obviously a pressing bug fix. Thank you for your help with solving this issue :).
