Describe the issue Upgrade to the latest stable version of F5 CIS as available from the vendor.

Additional context

Vendor release notes. https://clouddocs.f5.com/containers/latest/reference/release-notes.html
Also simple git diff won't work for comparing git tags in vendor repo due to directory restructuring. Extra care required when auditing differences to apply.

No obvious incompatibilities noted during review of F5 CIS release notes.

Definition of done

[ ] Check if upgraded version is stable or not
[ ] Playbook that installs/upgrades CIS is updated to deploy new version
[ ] Test that Porter Operator still works with new version
[ ] Document any upgrade steps required for other clusters
