Hello,

I am trying to install phyloscannerR using Virtual Box image after running $ cd phyloscannerR $ sudo R

install(".", dependencies = T) I have the error ERROR: dependency ‘pegas’ is not available for package ‘phyloscannerR’

What should I do? Hope you can answer soon. Thank you!

The problem is solved. There was no need to update any packages just run all scripts, modules, etc. as they were installed on the virtual machine.
