Working model for A(V) model alone. Similar to previous prototype code, but now based on sparse likelihoods, not 1D A(V) histograms. More work needed to generalize to allow R(V) and f_A models as well. Some hacks to be removed. Speedups needed (and a few obvious already).

Basic working code. Results do not make sense yet, but training needed via simulations.
