Structure_Engine: SteelSectionFromProfile is producing incorrect property values for US steel section #3361

Description:

While reviewing the structure dataset, it's noticed that some of the US steel section dataset between serialized data and BHoM computed values does not match. After further investigation, it is noticed that SteelSectionFromProfile could be responsible.
