What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Teleporting with commands
2. Entering tuning garages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My game freezes and I need to open task manager to kill GTA SA. The screen of 
GTA SA won't disapear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The last version, in Windows 8
